Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technology professional with a passion for capital markets to join our team as a Technology Operations Support Analyst. As a Technology Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving incidents and service requests for our business users.

Your duties will include:

  • Incident and Service Request Management: Intaking, analyzing, and resolving technical issues and requests.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Identifying and resolving root causes of technical problems.
  • Solution Implementation: Implementing and testing technical solutions.
  • Documentation and Support: Documenting processes and providing ongoing support for delivered solutions.
  • Client Communication: Communicating effectively with business users and other technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Calypso, ideally in an operational support role.
  • Strong financial background and demonstrated experience in capital markets.
  • Thorough understanding of asset management, public markets, market-traded and OTC products, trade workflow, collateral, and other buy-side fund functions.
  • General technology skills and an aptitude for problem-solving technical problems.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Java development experience and experience working with Calypso customizations.
  • Intermediate SQL experience.
