Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill this role, which offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This full-time position requires 40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:

As an Operational Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and planning daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects;

  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, including filing and data entry;

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars;

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries;

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards;

  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence and reports;

  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field;

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;

  • A keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;

  • A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
