We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth in the Calgary region.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in IT networking sales, account management, and business consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with both new and existing accounts, drive sales, and create tailored solutions that align with our clients' unique needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in IT networking sales, detailed account management, and business consulting skills. They will be able to bring in a book of business that includes relevant clientele and have a comfort dealing with larger sales partners.
In this role, you will work closely with our highly certified business practices team to identify opportunities that generate value, foster growth, and modernize businesses. You will also partner with industry leaders such as Juniper, Cisco, Extreme, and Microsoft to provide a comprehensive range of IT hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Successfully promote, develop, and sell Charter Telecom as a full-service, high-value-added IT network systems integrator into new enterprise and service provider accounts across Canada.
- Develop and maintain multiple levels of account relationships with medium and large accounts.
- Able to develop strategies and tactics to acquire new accounts to Charter Telecom.
- Possess and maintain an exceptional level of technical knowledge of the company's broad array of products and services.
- Develop new business models both inside and outside of Charter Telecom's existing client base.
- Qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities to meet/exceed required sales targets in both the product and services categories.
- Demonstrate a high level of cross-company teamwork in all activities.
- Work in a team-like manner with all Charter Telecom's external business partners to develop best-in-class offerings to our customers' challenges and needs.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the overall technology sector and market changes, from basic requirements to major industry impacting directions.
- Engage, develop, and deliver compelling high-end, high-value customer presentations.
- Other projects and duties as required.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Calgary, Alberta.
