Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

F&F(Finishing & Furnishing) Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on procedures and best practices.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and address any security concerns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Wholesalers
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
