About the Role

We are offering a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead interdisciplinary clinical teams to deliver high-quality mental health services
  • Mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve treatment outcomes and drive organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A clinical background with experience in leading teams and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
