Executive Director Job Description
STOBAG North America Corp. (STOBAG Canada) is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in strategic leadership for health and education sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive management, with a proven track record of success in formulating policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement organizational objectives, policies, and programs.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
- Ensure efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in executive management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
