Sales Growth Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Director to drive sales growth and expand our market presence within the Brampton region.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of the assigned territory, including identifying key accounts, prospecting for new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Forecast sales volumes and track sales performance within the territory, providing regular reports to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer support within the territory.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and efficiency within the territory, implementing new sales tools or techniques as needed.


Requirements


  • A minimum of five years' experience in a similar equipment sales role dealing with senior business decision makers.
  • A verifiable track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • A driven and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A university or college education is preferred.
