About the Role

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced mail processing center, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating administrative activities. This role may involve training and developing administrative support staff and managing the work of other employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
  • Understand customer shipping needs and provide viable solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on all product and service offerings, alternatives, and industry trends.
  • Operate all equipment, software, and tools, and train other employees on their use.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma, general education, or equivalent international qualification
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift a load exceeding 18 kg (40 lb)
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule and work up to 5 days a week
