Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Care Aide to join our team. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them with their daily needs and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help clients with their medication management, including administering medication as required.
  • Assist clients with their mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Health Care Aide or in a related field.
  • Current certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
