Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Balti Indian Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Inventory and Supplies: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, work under pressure.
