Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Empowerment Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, ensuring alignment with our business requirements.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Consult with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team management.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
  • Award contracts to appropriate parties, ensuring compliance with our procurement policies.
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any problems or issues.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
