Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Empowerment Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, taking into account the requirements of our establishment.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Client focus, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
