Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Empowerment Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services, and negotiate offers from suppliers.
  • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, and review quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and award contracts to appropriate parties.
  • Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Client focus, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
