About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at AYN Immigration Services LTD. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Technology: Proficiently use MS Office and other software applications to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
