- Office Procedures: Develop and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and secure document storage.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
