About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bic Hayer Rental Properties Corp. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide information to clients and colleagues.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Reports
    • Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
  • Technical Terminology
    • Familiarity with business terminology and concepts.
  • Area of Specialization
    • Correspondence, reports, and records management.
    • Invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent full-time position.
    • 40 hours per week.
    • English language proficiency.
