We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Assistant Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, budget management, and sales forecasting.
- Create and implement operational plans, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to managers and associates.
- Ensure optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and store standards.
- Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and oversee safety and operational reviews.
- Serve customers as an ambassador for the store, resolving customer needs and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support store initiatives to serve the community, participate in community events, and develop relationships with key community groups.
- Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational direction, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
- Demonstrate company values by holding associates accountable through timely and respectful performance feedback and corrective action.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $53-$64 per hour, based on relevant experience.
