Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Williams Lake Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating reservations, managing guest services, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate reservations and guest services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of guest reservations and preferences
- Develop and implement effective procedures for handling guest complaints and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with training and development of front desk staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reservations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
