Job Title: Front End Supervisor - Evening Shift
Location: Lake Cowichan
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front End Supervisor to join our team at our Lake Cowichan location. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising front-end team members, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all duties and responsibilities are performed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-end team members and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are performed
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers
- Handle customer feedback in a positive and professional manner
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is correct
- Process customer's grocery orders efficiently and accurately
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Learn product codes and differentiate between products
- Issue receipts, refunds, and credits
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly checkout area
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year leadership experience or 2 years of grocery/retail experience
- Previous cash handling experience would be considered an asset
Pay: From $20-$22 per hour
