Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct staff to achieve high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
Supervision:

Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
