Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 staff members in various areas of responsibility, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Inventory and Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and ensure a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Lead and instruct individuals, conduct performance reviews, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Safe Food Handling certificate and basic security clearance.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
