Job Summary:

As a Senior Commercial Markets Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large commercial clients and taking ownership of the overall relationship strategy within the client's RBC relationship team. You will provide an exceptional client experience by delivering proactive and customized business and financial advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of your clients' business and industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of large commercial clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute customized business and financial advice to meet the needs of your clients.
  • Collaborate with the client relationship team to deliver a highly differentiated client experience and grow revenue.
  • Work closely with CFS Finance to manage and support complex client credit needs.
  • Foster internal and external strategic partnerships and centres of influence to meet the business' strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Commerce or Business Administration with strong financial analysis skills.
  • Minimum 4-6 years' commercial banking experience with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry specialized knowledge.
  • Experience with emerging technology and digital banking platforms.
