Job Description

As a Director, Senior Commercial Markets at RBC, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large commercial clients, providing exceptional client experiences, acquiring and growing senior commercial markets client relationships, and working in close partnership with CFS Finance to manage complex client credit needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Commerce or Business Administration, with strong financial analysis skills
  • Minimum 4-6 years' commercial banking experience
  • Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry specialized knowledge, as applicable
