Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At KARL STORZ, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction throughout the lifespan of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for KARL STORZ medical equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair of medical equipment
  • Install and configure medical equipment at customer sites
  • Work with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers to promote repair and maintenance service programs
  • Collaborate with the service, sales, marketing, operations, logistics, and finance teams to meet service objectives
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Medical Physics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant job function within the medical industry
  • Excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow Quality System documentation
  • Good organizational and communication skills
