About the Role
- You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering relevant insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with lead generating partners.
- You will also conduct warm, cold, and follow-up calls to generate organic leads and work with the agent and General Manager to establish and meet productivity goals.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license (OTL license) is required.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in outside sales or inside sales representative roles, is preferred.
- SUCCESSFUL TRACK RECORD OF MEETING SALES GOALS/QUOTAS IS PREFERRED.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards, your level of experience, and the location. This figure includes base pay, commissions, and other benefits.
