Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance of our motel facilities, including the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and requiring attention to detail. They will be organized, accurate, and have excellent oral communication skills.
