Motel Operations Supervisor

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a skilled Motel Managing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our motel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the motel, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 staff members, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Standing for extended periods.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
