Motel Operations Manager

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our motel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 1-2 staff members, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Be prepared to step in and assist with tasks as needed, demonstrating your ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our motel's computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Procure necessary materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, flexible, organized, and able to work in a permanent role with 35-44 hours per week.
