Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform same duties as workers supervised, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high-performing team.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support the motel's operations.
Direct and manage 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Stand for extended periods, ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
- Accurate and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Flexible and organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
