Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform same duties as workers supervised, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high-performing team.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support the motel's operations.
Direct and supervise 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Stand for extended periods, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
- Accurate and reliable in all aspects of work.
- Client-focused, providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and guests.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
