Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Coast Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
