Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
