Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
