Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the restaurant team during operational hours, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and feedback.
  • Manage cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and credit card transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and food safety.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Serving It Right certification and Food Safe certification an asset.
