About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Specialist to join our team at Kent Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales through engagement and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on home appliance products and related services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Work with customers to prepare estimates, close sales, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers, addressing and resolving customer needs and complaints.
  • Meet personal and team productivity targets, achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets while meeting margin goals.
Requirements
  • Professional sales experience with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Sales experience in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment, preferably in retail or appliance sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check.
