**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly over the phone and direct them to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our energy efficiency services and programs.
- Oversee and support office supply needs and requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Records management of multiple files both digital and hard copies.
- Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere within the company.
Required:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a strong focus on customer service.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, computers, and printers.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Punctuality and reliability in attending to job duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
- Previous experience within the construction industry will be considered an asset.
Preferred:
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with the willingness to stick to tasks that may be repetitive in nature
- Enjoys working in a team-based work environment
- Able to follow instructions with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in using basic technology including iPads, Smart Phones, Microsoft Suite, and databases
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
