Customer Relationship Specialist

As a Customer Relationship Specialist at National Bank, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will adopt a friendly approach, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized banking solutions.

- Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
- Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
- A positive attitude and empathy for clients.
- An interest in technology and skill in sharing knowledge.
- The ability to adapt to different situations.
English, French. You will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
