We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Relationship Manager to join our team at TD Securities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining impactful relationships with customers, guiding them to the appropriate staff member for resolving their financial queries and banking needs.

Job Description:

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management on how to improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.
  • Guide customers to the right contact person for resolving their financial queries and banking needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
