Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Osmows- Clarkson. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language
