Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our guest services team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our guest services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our guests.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to our operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
