Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of guest service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of guest service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team player skills
  • Fluency in English
