Guest Service Supervisor

At Quality INN, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent guest service.
- Coordinate Guest Services: Oversee the daily operations of guest services, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Supervise the front desk team, ensuring that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all guest services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our guests and maintaining the reputation of Quality INN.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
