Maintenance Leadership Position

Skyservice is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team at the YVR base. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, supervising technical personnel, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearResponsibilities- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for aircraft maintenance
- Supervise technical personnel and provide guidance on their work
- Work collaboratively with Skyservice Operational and Maintenance personnel at other bases to accommodate service and maintenance needs of Skyservice aircraft
- Coordinate and control AOG maintenance requests and ASF driven work
- Evaluate tooling and equipment requirements for maintenance personnel
- Participate in operations and maintenance meetings
- Take an active role in the Safety Management System
- Conduct performance reviews for technical personnel
- Valid Transport Canada M-2 license or equivalent
- Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent
- Minimum eight years related experience in maintenance and experience in supervision
- Background in working on Business Aircraft types is an asset
- Endorsements on Business Aircrafts would be an asset
- Good leadership skills and ability to engage a team
- Ability to solve complex problems and implement appropriate solutions
