Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Skyservice. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring the effective and safe completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for aircraft maintenance;
  • Supervise technical personnel and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to complete their tasks;
  • Work collaboratively with operational and maintenance personnel to ensure accommodation of service and maintenance needs;
  • Coordinate and control AOG maintenance requests and ASF driven work;
  • Participate in operations and maintenance meetings;
  • Take an active role in the Safety Management System;
  • Conduct performance reviews for technical personnel;
Requirements:
  • Valid Transport Canada M-2 license, or equivalent;
  • Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent;
  • Minimum of eight (8) years related experience in maintenance and experience in supervision;
  • Background in working on Business Aircraft types is an asset;
  • Good leadership skills and ability to engage a team;
  • Ability to solve complex problems and implement appropriate solutions;
