Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Locos. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused, flexible, and a team player with initiative.
