Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Domino's #10167. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, approximately 44 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food service industry and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: You will supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: You will estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Cost Control: You will prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our business operates efficiently.
  • Customer Service: You will address customer complaints or concerns, maintaining a positive reputation for our brand.
  • Report Preparation: You will prepare and submit reports on various aspects of our business.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have completed secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: You must have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
  • Languages: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
