Job Summary

At CASTLE STEAKHOUSE, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize restaurant operations and minimize waste.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- On-site work required, with no option for remote work.
