Project Manager IT Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to create detailed business cases that define the project's objectives, costs, risks, and benefits.
  • Lead proof of concept efforts to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions or new technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in business case development, proof of concept management, and requirement gathering.
  • Prior experience with operational technology projects will be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
