About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee client relationships, drive recruitment initiatives, and deliver top-tier IT talent to meet evolving demands. This dual-role position demands expertise in full-cycle recruitment, account management, and business development, ideal for professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building robust pipelines for IT professionals across various domains and industries.
  • Leverage tools such as social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events to source and connect with both active and passive candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and reference verifications, and negotiating contract terms.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Implement strategies to meet the hiring demands of high-profile clients while staying ahead of market trends.

Requirements:

  • University or college diploma required.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, account management, preferably in IT or technical domains.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
