Company Overview
A leading printing company in the industry is seeking a skilled Digital Print Specialist to join their team in a professional environment. This entry-level role involves providing excellent print services, including digital printing and finishing.

About the Role
This full-time position offers an hourly salary of $20.11 based on experience. The 6-month contract has the potential for permanent employment, with a weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Occasional overtime may be required to meet production deadlines. The successful candidate will work onsite in a dynamic environment, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality print products.

Responsibilities
The Digital Print Specialist will operate digital printing equipment and standard finishing tools such as paper cutters, bindery, laminators, and drills. Key responsibilities include:
• Operating digital printing equipment and finishing tools
• Providing estimates, scheduling, and tracking production jobs for customers
• Conducting quality inspections before, during, and after each production run to ensure high standards
• Tracking and storing completed jobs for future reuse as required by the customer
• Maintaining accurate logs and reports for billing and internal tracking purposes
• Packing, labeling, and shipping finished products to meet client delivery requirements
• Maintaining supply inventory levels and ensuring the work area is stocked
• Troubleshooting basic production output and delivery issues as they arise

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Post-high school technology training or experience in printing (preferred)
• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service or client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and other relevant tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet for most of the workday
• Security clearance may be required based on project needs
