Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor - Site Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Grand Scale Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoors.
  • Dusty.

Work Setting:

  • Construction.
  • Maintenance.
  • Residential.
  • Various locations.

Benefits:
